Anil is a scientific genius whose research on nanovircides technology has actually never been published in a peer reviewed scientific journal in 20 years of its evolution- just in his rosy press releases year after year and in a few conference posters that are not subject to peer scrutiny or a closer examination of data. A genius who has by now expended close to 90 million shareholder bucks and 14 years as a public company without even getting to a single INDfor a drug against any virus - much of the funds going to himself and his Theracour. A true genius who wangled from is Board Theracour-NNVC penalty-free agreement contracts that do not require him to even meet any milestones or timelines or any measurable metrics of competent management, and yet be rewarded time and again by the crony toadies. Yup, manipulative genius personified.
