Mary, Steve (hpeace) told you a few days ago he would have the problem fixed by today if you would find out what the problem was. Why didn't you take him up on his offer? Your friend's computer could have been fixed by now.

you don't need any supervisor to fix the pc if there is a problem.
I get dells' and even the few cpq's out of the 1000's I bot with no trouble at all.
she just needs a reciept to prove she bot it from a dealer and it's done.
so, why didn't you find out the problem.
if it's the harddrive then cpq gives you no problem with that.
it's replaced. it's not a matter of convincing them it's a bad hard drive.

this story is starting to sound like there is something that I don't know.
