I'm going to give it one more year and make a decision in Dec as to whether to keep it or not.
I hold it in a taxable vanguard acc.........it sure did spin out some cash in Dec., I was surprised at the amount.

Made the decision, my order is in to sell VINEX at the close.
Toying with the idea of moving the cash into VHYAX --at some point.
Appears to be a new fund.
Cash level is(will be) now up to about 18%, higher than I'd like.
