Teaching Marxism. Marxism failed so they introduced global warming and tried to elevate it to a public-safety initiative. Under public-safety they can do practically anything they want, raise taxes, confiscate, charge deniers with hate crimes and have total control with minimal legislation. They even have a youth movement Hitler would be envious of.
