If you tolerate caffeine, drink unsweetened iced tea.

Diet sodas, all of them, contain artificial sweeteners that will do you no good.

I think there are a few carbs in the berry juice...........yep..........19.5g per cup.

I harvest and crush wild berries every summer then I can the juice for my "soda."

Blackberry soda

Put some ice in a 12-15 oz cup
Add 1-2 T pure berry juice
Add Mineral water and a splash of lemon juice
I use stevia powder which is derived from the stevia plant for my sweetener. I prefer Sweet Leaf.

Mix with a spoon and enjoy your soda.
