No I did not "rank" the reasons by degree of importance... I just hope some of these reasons are good and that the stock will climb from this very depressed level.
NVI=Negative Volume Index
Interpretation of the NVI assumes that on days when volume increases, the crowd-following "uninformed" investors are in the market. Conversely, on days with decreased volume, the "smart money" is quietly taking positions. Thus, changes shown in the NVI (remember that the NVI changes only on lower volume days) display what the smart money is doing.
The NVI is now climbing (with ups and downs) since 9/19/97 when it places its lowest low since 1986!
Of note is that Accumulation/Distribution is still showing a trend toward distribution.... Oh! Well!...Future will tell!
