HI Stuffbug. We are going back a couple of years from my listening / reading the conference call notes. This delayed the project (although they always always had to wait for an EP on redirecting 2 streams) although other work was also going on. Just 3 months before this announcement management was giving rosy views I remember doubling my position in the stock and being taken to the cleaners. Now we have new management (twice removed) but their debt burden is a drag. The bond holders may end up owning the company.
