“The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition.”

What about smokers, alcoholics and druggies? Should a chain smoker be entitled to a new set of lungs at public expense?

I disagree. First you guys start off telling me that health is a fundamental human right. Then you end up by telling me you have to take my money to give that right to other people. So you violate my property rights and my right to liberty and happiness to give someone else what you think is their right.

Here's a clue for you. When something requires you to steal from one person to give to another, then that something is not a fundamental human right. Rather, it is a problem that needs to be solved, but needs to be solved without destroying the true fundamental rights of human beings, which includes the most basic of freedoms, the right to be free from tyranny of any sort.
