Rec'd that and people naturally have different body types. Generally, moderate exercise and a nutritious diet seem to work best together. Also people should remember weight is a fairly arbitrary number and muscle weighs more than fat. So if someone exercises and their weight doesn't change much that's not necessarily a bad thing. My weight is about the same as when I was younger, but things aren't arranged like they were. My mother has an exercise buddy about her age that she meets with in the morning at their local fitness center.

Best -- Josh
