The market is moderate and the live supply is adequate for a continued normal to good, mostly normal demand. Average weights are ranging mostly desirable. The f.o.b. dock confirmed preliminary weighted average prices on ice pack parts based on truck load and pool truck load lots for this week's trading are: skinless boneless breasts $1.60; whole breasts 77.50 cents; boneless skinless thigh meat 93.50 cents; leg quarters 28.50 cents; and wings 80.50 cents. Demand on skinless boneless breasts and whole breasts is good to normal, mostly good; boneless skinless thigh meat and leg quarters is normal; while the demand on wings ranges very good to normal, mostly very good to good.
