OK, thanks for the details.

I will try again, and request to talk with the FC who had handled my account for many years.

Guess if they won't budge, no real loss, as I presently enjoy free trades with another company.

I do like their trading platform, however. I has a nicer look than the one I presently use.

Perhaps your moving all of your accounts to them was the catalyst that made them agree. I do not wish to do that as I prefer to spread out risk if a broker falls into trouble.

Wonder if 300 trades a year qualifies as frequent trading?
