I think I will wait. They may not say anything on the 28th.

Either way I am assuming 3.5 was the bottom. (Good Call and thank you.) With so little time left before they need more money I see positive announcements coming.

1. A agreement for the manufacture of the electronics.
2. Venture capital or a line of credit.
3. The FDA approval stages.
4. Ads in trade magazines.
5. Ta Da, here it is folks. We did it!!

Hopefully not in this order.
