I understand hand hope it works. However, what is there to manage. They are trying to invent the wheel. It's an invention process not an management one. When they think they have it, the wheel falls off the cart.

I'd buy that except for how badly-needed capital was syphoned out of this company into the pocket of one of the directors via the Namibian "loan" and how the way these funds would be used was obscured until it was too late for IPM investors. There is no reasonable argument that this "loan" was in the best interest of IPM or its shareholders.
