In typical Chinese-style the so called "001A" class aircraft carrier is essentially a copy of the 1991 Soviet era Kuznetsov-class aircraft carrier with the ski-jump aircraft launch rather than a catapult. This greatly limits the range of aircraft taking off from the carrier as their fuel tanks can't be full and they burn a lot of fuel getting aloft. Unlike the Kuznetsov-class hulk, the 001A features working bathrooms and is outfitted with modern electronics. China is currently starting construction of a newer C-18 carrier which is likely two iterations away from a modern carrier.

A foreign country yet to cooperate in extraditing fugitive businessman Jho Low in 1MDB case: Minister SEMENYIH (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - A foreign country has yet to cooperate in the extradition of fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho, who has been slapped with several charges in absentia over connections with 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), says Home Minister Muhyiddin Yassin. However, he stopped short of naming the country Low is said to be residing in at present. "We have issued a warrant of arrest, we have confiscated his visa and we know where he is," Tan Sri Muhyiddin said. The country's name starts with C ends with A and it is known to have a Great Wall. It is keep him as a means of exchnage for Meng Wanzhou... It isn't Huawei's Meng.
