*ALL* In case some folks are wondering why Mr. Arnold hasn't responded to them, I just received his email. CVIA's internet provider informed Jack Arnold that they lost all e-mails going to about 1/4 of their customers (including CVIA) for a total of three days earlier this month. They claimed it was a software glitch. He apologized for not responding to certain e-mails recently.

Now, the good news: "Our momentum toward the merger is gaining speed. Barring any unforseen obstacles, we could be signing an agreement fairly soon (weeks)."

Best regards,
Milk

Hello! Brad, Milk and Dave,

Thank you to all of you for your recent and ongoing efforts in the CVIA cause. Sitting here looking at the screen an interesting picture came to mind ( maybe it was a movie I once saw?
-------But, I pictured the three of you riding quickly towards me coming to a sudden stop!--then jumping off your horses ( in your large wide brimmed hats) running up to the computer screen and singing--------
-------" We are the three CVIA--OH'S!!!!!!!( With appropriate back ground music!)

On a "Lighter " side Brad, your recent posting on the $500K seems to fit,
good analyses ( personally I take your input very seriously, as you are one of the few CVIA Thread participants that has been on this thread before most of us even knew about CVIA-----and secondly I recall reading in a posting some time ago, that I believe that you had the opportunity to visit CVIA in Tulsa--although it is just my opinion-----it would appear to me that you would have a meaningful perspective on the mood/flow of the general direction that CVIA is heading-- Once again just my own opinion!

Dave, very effective/focussed effort in reviewing the CVIA postings #1000 to #1099 and sharing your recapped findings! Well Done!

Milk, timely reporting regarding information flow via e-mail to CVIA and Jack Arnold. Thank you also for the recent posting that included a potential /possible timing of the next series of news and press releases! ( If and when they are issued!).

And that CVIA Thread Participants is why some might view them as
------" The Three CVIA--OH'S!!!!"

Have A Good Holiday Everyone!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Brad

>>I think we still have the full complement of the 50M additional new >>shares to acquire MORE tire companies. My guess is they could >>probably get 2 (maybe 3??) more acquisitions out of that amount.

It will be interesting to see how the additional acquisitions affect the share price.
I think 50M shares would go a long way if the stock price was
10 or 20 cents a share.
