Thanks, Carol, for the suggestion about Omega-3 fatty oils. All of this is SO confusing!!! The recent research shows that eating fatty fish reduces heart attack risk, but that women who eat more fatty fish and fish oils have a 67% greater chance of getting breast cancer!

I am curious if anyone around here has had any lessening of arthritic symptoms with glucosamine?

Noticed your comment that Omega-3 fatty oils is good for arthritis.

I hope Vitamin E is good for cats. By accident, my cat,Mephisto, ate a vitamin E pill over the weekend. He really liked it. Guess the the cod liver or fish oil appealed to him.

I'm not sure that the pill was good for him.
