In my opinion, it did not hold at the $2.00 level because people expect it to come under selling pressure when the convertible debentures become convertible on January 31. Some people may have bought the debentures with borrowed money for a quick flip, which implies selling pressure into February. As long as TCT continue their current sales growth rate, I view the price dip as an opportunity to increase my position. I am not sure when the financials will be out.

Incidentally, the "Buy Low Sell High!" investment newsletter gave TCT a **** rating (they very seldom give a 4* rating) which means "severely undervalued", and that was at year end when the price was $2.10!

If I was to guess, financials for the 3rd quarter ending December 31, 1997, should be out around February 19, 1998. (This guess is based on the 2nd quarter ending September 30 financials, which were released on November 19).
