Sorry, Ratty, but no matter how much you dress up a shit sandwich or put lipstick on a pig, it is what it is.. A colossal money wasting boondoggle and a never ending sink hole of red ink. The San Joaquin Valley has turned into pretty much a 3rd world slum and Jerry's choo choo to nowhere will do nothing to alter that situation.
