How much stock can they be giving away for all of there
recent acquisitions? I am assuming that this is how they
are acquiring so many other chains. Yes it would be nice
if they reported some of this.

FWIW, JSUB did submit a 10-SB as of December 12, 1997. It covers the period 1 Jan 97- 30 Sept 97

And yes, they primarily funded the past year's acquisitions with stock; per the 10-SB there are 50million shares authorized, 13million or so issued; of these, there appears to be only an immediate float of 1.5million because the remaining are restricted.
