Hutch - Thanks for the input on the bear funds. I had not noticed the Trizechahn comment, but it doesn't matter. All Inpathique analysis is doing is detecting the influence of trading computers on a company's stock price. Those computers (especially the larger institutional jobs) have been fed every factor that can influence a stock and that influences their trading recommendations. Because they are totally logical devices, this creates patterns in the price of the stock. By studying the patterns they left behind in the past you can predict the patterns they will be inadvertently imprinting in the future. Know the pattern and you know the trading range within which they are going to keep a stock's price. i.e. if it goes below a certain value, it is too good of a deal to pass up, even with everything else their analysis is telling them. They buy and our goal is to buy just before them and go along for the ride. Ditto on selling.

Unfortunately, sometimes there can be quite a range in prices before they step into buy or sell. This can limit # of great trading opportunities. That leaves you with probable limits which can be subject to error. For example, my call was for a peak of $26.50 Cdn on the 15th of January. It actually peaked first thing the next morning at $27 Cdn. But I try.

Will it get to $19 Cdn? To answer your question I had another look and $19.25 Cdn would probably be the absolute lowest if the stock was being very bearish. If could get away with only getting down to $20.60 Cdn if its being bullish (if you call that being bullish)
