Thanks for your posting. Yes, SEG is providing a fair severance package. My wife may have the opportunity to transfer to CO. Not sure we will move if the opportunity should come through. We may stay where we now live and see about employment in the local area.

Yeah, companies never consider the longer term impact of firing employees...I remember when the Aerospace sector was firing in the early 90's...now Airbus and the Russians are coming up with some really serious contenders in the airliner market...the IL-96 and some of the new Airbus products will be causing Boeing some real hardship....the high US$ doesn't help either.
