Regarding the stock buyback...the 8-K was filed stating that QGLY may repurchase shares on the open market.
Do any other filings need to be done before they can repurchase shares?
Can anyone tell when the stock repurchases are actually taking place?
Does the buyback (or lack thereof) reflect on the companies view of where the stock is headed based upon their inside track at the company? In other words, does the lack of repurchasing indicate that QGLY thinks the stock is going lower whereas the exercise of the repurchase option indicates that the stock will go up based upon some upcoming news?

Comments anyone?
