Keep it going... I do use Saturday as my oasis, I don't worry too much about my diet program for the other 6 days, I have what I want but I also keep it somewhat held back... so, tomorrow it's back to meager eating... I actually feel better when I'm a little hungry, it sounds crazy but I know that it means my body is burning unneeded body fat...

2019-02-18 @ 233-pounds . . . had some popcorn this week
I now know my body very well . . what adds weight and what loses weight.
I'll be balancing the two somewhat .. though my main goal now is top lose weight.
I'll be aiming for 2-pounds per week, but will be happy with 1-pound lost sometimes if I can have some popcorn. ;-)
I think I'll start reporting here once per month .. every 1st of the month.
