On line trading. I use Waterhouse. $12. a trade up to 5k shares. They are usually pretty good but like most of the online compannies
they tend to get bogged down when trading gets very busy.

But, they are very good about taking phone trades if you can't
get thru online. Just tell them you couldn't get thru and they
don't question it and only charge you the $12. vice the normal
$35. phone fee. Not sure about anyone elses experiences. I thought
about moving but heard similar complaints about busy periods
trying to get thru. At least Waterhouse is good about getting
the trades executed when lines are busy and they are upgrading
their system to handle more access lines and servers.
