I feel how one treats their staff says volumes about how they will treat the nation.

Hard bosses usually means a lack of empathy and sensitivity..

I have had enough of insensitive leaders.

Harris is as tough and smart as Klobuchar and also seems very sensitive to me.

I have always judged people on their empathy and kindness..

I haven't seen anything to speak of that warrants all of this attention that is being thrown Klobuchar's way over how tough she is on staffers.

I really seriously doubt that she has ever done anything that men haven't been doing for decades!!!

What matters is can she get results, and be qualified for the position and IMO she is.
