It is crazy... and to be "that cheap" they are probably three stories where you feel like you live in a tiny house or get a lot of exercise running up and down the stairs. The town homes his company is currently building is just across the street from Goggle, 2 years ago they were priced at 800,000 today they are over 1.5 million. zillow.com Oh... and they are very close to the train tracks.... where they also want to have high speed rail run but I think they just killed it for the Bay Area as too many expensive towns don't want a 200 MPH train running just feet from these new, infill homes... You can walk to Google/Waymo from these, they have a nice path running under the train tracks, but they are more like condos than townhomes...
