Julio, they have to file with the sec, but not a 10k, sorry I did not make that clear. I'm not sure of the names of these forms, but you can call Mark Badger 905 264 0701. We all understand this is a foreign company, but still the securities are registered for sale here in the US. Other foreign companies I follow (primarily European and Israeli) do file SEC reports.
