If you dig a little deeper into GEA which is easily done via gea.com you will find a company which is huge, financially healthy BUT imho needs a boost AND Enwave would be a perfect fit. To them ENW would be worth a multiple of ENW’s current market cap simply based on synergies and a new market segment (MJ). They are strong where ENW is weak and they are weak where ENW is strong. If I hadn’t promised my wife to permanently retire from (never home) “deal making”, this would be a deal I would spend a lot of time on.
