According to the conference call, some of these letter of credit delays have already been resolved.

In the conference call, they said that the shipments which were delayed by letters of credit in the last two weeks of Q4 were delayed to Q1, and they said that the problems have now been resolved. It sounded like there are additional letter of credit problems since then, which may not all have been resolved yet.
