This is a broad market rally. It is not thin. Bears are completely screwed. Lost opportunity that is not coming back for them. Too much cash still on the sidelines as well. According to Bloomberg, cash positions at the highest levels in 10 years.

RUT. Here's a trend. Not show is a RSI that is still in O's and at 37.2. It needs a 43.70 to turn it to X's. The bottom is at 36.12 for it's last O. So what is needed to get from 37.2 to 43.70% wise and how does that relate to RUT price.

So is this one soon to run out of gas?

I'm in the enjoy the rally but let's see if 1620/1674 can go. Better hurry up OR revisit to 1458/1404/1350 coming

HI Kirk,

This is a very bullish development.

In Frost and Pechtor's book, the personality of a wave is discussed.

Three waves are so powerful ALL stocks participate even the secondary and tertiary stocks.

Previous bears have discussed the euphoric price actions and why the impulsive wave up has topped out.

The Russell has badly lagged - when the small stocks out perform we'll be in the recognition wave - I think we're there now.

New ATH's will confirm that. imo
