In decision theory the first step is to identify the problem and that is what she is doing and yelling "we need to do something about them e.g. the threat of global warming, income inequality, affordable health care, etc.

You say we know all of this stuff. Then why haven't we done anything much? We just had a Democratic president for eight years and had the house and senate for two years and pot is still a schedule 1 drug meaning thousands of innocent people are put in jail.. The dems could have gotten that lowed and none of the bankers were indicted, and income inequality is worse.

And the Democrats are the good guys-lol.

The Republicans would have the poor and elderly living in abject poverty, fodder for their enterprises.
