The only person I hear talking about those topics is the President. He also talks about "chain migration' and lottery migration.

It's a catch 22 for him in that he needs to talk to the American people, but the haters in congress and the press are also listening. IOW, they find out what he (and most Americans) wants done, so they deliberately avoid doing it.
