I don't see how any ticker which uses Datek's quotes would not degrade the server performance for Datek traders. I think Datek should start charging for quotes to stop this sort of abuse.

If I enter an order on Datek before (or after) the bell, is that order executed in advance of orders placed at a later time? What about online brokerages that advertise after hours trading? Do they offer investors any kind of realistic jump on the next days' trading?
