>>At present I spend approx $10 to buy film and print a set of 24 pics with my old fashioned camera. I dont own any special equipment to print the pics, no dark room etcc<<

I have the same ritual. However, you can get a good 35mm auto camera for about $75. The picture quality of this cheap 35mm completely obliterates the picture quality of a $1000 digital camera.

>>If I have a digital camera with a Clik! why shouldn't I be able to - Go to my chemist and hand over my (reusable) Clik disk get one in return (free of course)<<

Excuse me... I just snarfed my milk up through my nose. You mean to suggest that your film developer is just going to give a free Vapor! disc in exchange for your old one? Since you used the word "chemist", I think there is a good chance you live in England. Maybe in England they would be so courteous, but here in the good ol' USA, NO ONE is gonna fall for that one.

>>There is no need for every Clik! owner to have a drive, paper, printer etc Clik! is reusable - the film and cartridge are not thrown away after 'developing'<<''

This is what is so distressing. The tie ratio for Vapor! is miniscule. Since a Vapor! disc is reusable, you would only need 1 or 2 of them to fulfill an average camera user's needs. After you get them back from the pharmacy, just use them again.
