We take some fish (ahi, pollack, any good white fish) place it in individual serving-sized baking dishes, put a small amount of real butter on top (enough to keep it from sticking), season with small amount of sea salt, black pepper, chopped fresh Italian parsley, tiny bit of garlic (like 1/8 tsp), and bake it in the oven. Serve with lemon wedges. It's really simple and has good flavor because it doesn't overpower the taste of the fish.

I checked the label and there is no trans fat in these sticks, these are the ones I buy:

highliner.com!en/product/haddock-fish-sticks/51

Only 2 min in the microwave.

Remember when I was eating breaded fish sticks? Well I changed to something less expensive and better for my bone disease. Pacific Sardines in spring water, low sodium. High in vitamin D and calcium. Just want the dietitian's instruction for me. Good oils as well.
