That is a very stupid list.

Selenium: 22% of the RDA. Eggs also contain small amounts of almost every vitamin and mineral required by the human body, including calcium, iron, potassium, zinc, manganese, vitamin E, folate and many more.Apr 26, 2018

I'm no expert, but I think some of the foods on that list are perfectly fine. Of course we should all use moderation as a general rule. We try to limit our animal protein to 8 oz a day. We have (health dept tested) well water where we live, and it's great, so we use "tap water." I eat eggs occasionally, only consume a2 milk, try to avoid GMO food and try to eat only organic, but sometimes it can't be helped.
