I hear they already do this in China. Everyone wears a butt plug with a small catheter that leads to a monitor and gas bag. If you fart too much, then they fine you, but if you recycle the gas in the gas bag, you have a chance to get your money back. It's a great use of technology in China's 1984 totalitarian state. The Chinese have marketed this product under the hashtag #MeToo, because everyone wants one so badly, they say, "me too!"
