Gerald,

I have stated how upset I was about the loan but the fact is that it was a legal transaction and they are accountable to their share holders. Once again I am looking for the funds such as Capital Gaurdian to be the watch dogs for me since I am sure that they are privy to a little more information than we are. i simply wish that I knew what the reason was. I know nothing about NCMI. MGAU I have less of a problem with since if and when an commercial process is developed it should have a two fold effect with the MGAU property.
