By those standards, the entire DOJ has been complete derelict in not investigating, indicting and prosecuting Hillary. Lynch alone should have been dismissed for her tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton to cover up Hillary's crimes. The DOJ and FBI have been so delinquent in their duties that all the top brass should be fired and those institutions should be rebuilt without partisan hacks at the top. That would be most consistent with our Constitution, if you want to go there. Trump has every right to be outraged at the massive malfeasance demonstrated over the last two years by those two institutions.
