Art: I'm in your camp. I also expected some of the many cancellations and cutbacks noted of late in the trade journals to have had enough antecedents to show up in the back-logs by now. Dead wrong. Should show up in spades in the next two quarters, as everybody practices surgery at the same time. The trick will be timing (as always).
