I was on line early enough to believe that the lehman downgrade hit first, prior to the e announcement.

Eugene,you are right, the downgrade was prior to earnings announcement - It was on Dec 19 1997. No downgrade/upgrade today.

Thr URL on Yahoo is pointing to Dec 19 '97 data.
