I remember, I did not remember the 20 million dollar amount. Thought I remembered 10 million from somewhere else. Anyway, do you think they paid all cash for these acquisitions? Any idea what they paid, the A.T.I.S. acquisition was listed as cash and stock. I'm dying to see financials of any kind.

Isn't there a deadline coming up for companies to file to stay on the OTC:BB, or was that only for reporting companies? I'm confused. ;-)
