Chaz; Well put..MSFT by fighting the DOJ is building a strong supply of people who are beginning to see it as the "evil empire" that it has become. I hope that this is not true, although appearantly Microsoft thinks that it may be as well from the press reports on the Microsoft execs recent statements. In this country you are allowed to defend yourself vigorously (in court) even against the government. In fact with the IRS stuff that recently came out during Senate hearings I am much more concerened about government abuses of power than a software company that accounts for what 4% of all software sales? I guess my impression it that it is a company that does a whole lot well and provides great products at reasonable prices vs. the "Evil Empire" that some would espouse. My $.02 Larry...
