I'm certain that it stems from their white privilege in college admissions and then getting hired immediately in good paying jobs with their white privileged connections.

Equality is a myth. Forcing equality on people through government is a really stupid idea. That's like saying the tall people need to have their heads chopped off to make them of equal height to everyone else. No one is really born with equal capabilities or characteristics to everyone else. That's just natural variation. What we all should espouse in our culture and in our government is an ethos of creating an environment that allows people to maximize their potential, based on their God given abilities. Ensure there is a level playing field to ensure people have equal opportunity, but don't assume that all people will achieve the same heights. Oh and don't tear one group of people down, just because you are jealous of their achievements. If your ideology is focused on destroying groups of people, then there is something wrong with your ideology. That is why I oppose the libtards. They are in a very destructive phase right now.
