While there is no exception to this practice even at companies like MSFT,GE, and IBM, it seems obvious that everybody connected to ACTV has a conflicting interest and his hand in the cookie jar. Problem is that ACTV doesn't have the kind of revenues to hide behind that MSFT, GE, and IBM have and it starves the company at just the time when it needs food to survive.

Even Junk Bonds are paying this handsome of a rate!

IMHO of course.
