The Job Creators Network (JCN) is an advocacy group founded by Home Depot co-founder and former CEO Bernie Marcus. [1] It describes its agenda as to promote small businesses and has been described as leaning conservative. [2] Alfredo Ortiz, a former Pepsi and Kraft executive, was named president and CEO of JCN in January 2014. [3] The organization advocates for lower taxes and fewer government regulations. [4] JCN has ties to notorious PR flak Richard Berman, president of Berman & Co. Berman specializes in front groups and misleading PR campaigns. JCN describes its own mission as "involv[ing] employees in the fight to defend free enterprise," "inform[ing] employees how government policies impact America’s jobs," and "inspir[ing] employees to become more informed citizens." Those opposing the Amazon deal were like the workers who had to call strikes to get decent pay, benefits and a safe working environment.

We must start opposing the fascist autocrats who are running this nation and are keeping us a poverty nation in the face of plenty.
