I once watched a chess player challenge someone to beat him without him having a queen but the other guy not having half of his major pieces (knight, bishop, and rook [I think]). He managed to overpower the queen through coordinated distributed attacks and win. It wasn't easy or flashy, but it was very effective. This is what you are dealing with. Trump is the POTUS and by the virtue of being so he grabs headlines and attention. Nothing you can do about that. But what you can do is to have mass uprising and highlight all the other issues. Not in response to his "No collusion" tweets, but from all the other angles. Every time someone somewhere hears about something being wrong, the accompanying message should be, this is what you get when you have an unfit president. It's not sexy and attention grabbing, but it does erode his advantage and is effective.
