If you feel so strongly about this, why don't you just sell your shares and be done with. I am sure there are a lot of other investments out there (now that tech shares have tanked) where you could make money.

Larry, I strongly agree with you that there is conflict of interest for the CEO to develop real estate that will be used by the corporation. He is making the rest of the shareholders second class citizens. It is a sign of worse things to come.

I am going to sell the next couple days.
