Dave,

I didn't notice that in the article - thanks. It's getting down to the time when companies have to figure out what makes money and what doesn't and tailor their plans accordingly. Most software companies can't run certain parts of their businesses as "loss leaders" like Microsoft can and hope to stay in business. Netscape's been going through some problems because they've not been diversified enough to cope with Microsoft's deep pockets.

According to Del, Borland welcomes working with Microsoft. That's smart. Now if I can just find out where I'm going to buy my own copy of JBuilder after this sales restructuring takes place!

Regards,
Dave
