Barry, as a lurker on this thread i would like to give my 2 cents and provide you with a picture as to WHY i don't think we will retest October lows. The overall market is "for the most part" oversold! If you were to disect the entire market and take a snapshot of each sector and where each sector is on its cycle it is clear that the current "risk level" picture is no where near the level that it was in October, simply stated "we are reaching the point in many sectors where everybody that wants to sell has sold"!

This picture securitytrader.com is worth a thousand words (or maybe dollars, it depends on how well you can digest the picture).

Good Luck and Happy investing!

Barry,

You do not have to believe me. I do not believe it myself and have invested only half of my position in Asia. One of the things I have been doing is to read major Asian news papers on the web. Things look really grim. I am encouraged with the new govt.'s in Thailand and Korea. Also every one is aware of the " Asia problem " and contingency plans by the central banks and IMF probably are in place. Wishful thinking?
